The goal of The Bio-X Group is to advance, as well as take advantage of, the understanding on the dynamics and functions of protein networks. To that end, we combine computational and experimental methods in our study.

We are currently focused on the KaiABC oscillator and the arginine metabolism network and interested in the following questions:

  • How interactions between proteins gain the dedicated dynamics and biological functions.
  • How protein networks could be tuned.
  • How different protein networks cross-talk and get nicely coupled.
